This RP site was meant to be something a bit apart from other digimon rp sites, which usually take place in the digital world we all know, involving digidestined, some sort of a great threat in a form of evil overlord and whatnot. For starters, we could say that this one is not set in any digimon universe from anime, manga or videogames, although we use some locations and concepts from them, mainly from the digimon adventure expanded universe. The Backstory is quite different from any of the series, and plots that will be played here will be different as well.
This is a newly-created site. We have a scope of forming a small, but active role-playing community, where staff members would be able to give much attention to everyone. We believe that quality is better than quantity, and that a dozen or a bit more members that are active are better than a horde of inactive or part-time players. And we wish you to become part of that community.
The bane of large-scale RP sites is that it is very hard to pull off a plot that would involve everyone. Usually only oldest, hence strongest characters are involved there, while the rest watches on the sidelines, making use of repetitive hello-goodbye threads, and occasionally pointless battle-threads. We wish to avoid this. With a small-scale community it is possible to make everyone involved, and make sure everyone's actions leave a mark. No pointless grinding, and as few hello-goodbye threads as possible. Every thread should be linked to others for a particular character, every battle must have a purpose, they'll have to have some agenda to follow.
Since we're only in the beginning, it allows for a great variety of plots to be proposed to take place here. Everyone knows it is easier to pull off those bright ideas you might have in the beginning, when little is yet made to contradict any kind of logic. Be that a site-wide idea, or a miniplot for your character, the staff is always there to help you pull it off, with NPCs, advice and whatnot. Plenty of opportunity to do ... well, almost anything.
We accept any players, be that pros or inexperienced ones. Everyone has to start somewhere, and RP techniques can be taught. We are friendly people, and we do not frown upon those who make mistakes. Everybody does them from time to time. So, if you are interested in active role-playing, come by, look around. Maybe you will like playing with us, and you will stay. We'll be waiting :3
